CognitiveOS Workflow Suite is an intelligent, multi-agent developer system designed to automate legacy pipeline queries, analyze stack traces, and manage cloud environments. The suite leverages custom Large Language Models (LLMs) to understand developer commands and reduce operational overhead, successfully decreasing support tickets by 64% in 3 months of deployment.
Challenges
Legacy software systems and deployment pipelines are highly complex, documented in scattered formats, and require manual maintenance. This complexity results in long support response times, server downtime, and developer burnout. Our goal was to create an AI assistant that can autonomously query, document, and fix pipeline issues.
