Nexus Logistic Cloud is a real-time supply chain ledger designed to track millions of active global shipments and calculate predictive route optimizations. By leveraging IoT telemetry and machine learning algorithms, Nexus allows logistic providers to minimize delays, reduce carbon footprints, and save millions in operational costs.
Challenges
Managing high-velocity data points (GPS locations, temperatures, vehicle diagnostics) from millions of moving containers simultaneously is extremely difficult. The platform needed to ingest, structure, process, and query this time-series data without causing delay bottlenecks or system crashes.
Solutions We Engineered
- High-Throughput Ingestion: Architected an event-driven system capable of processing over 10,000 telemetry updates per second.
- Route Optimization Engine: Developed a custom machine learning model that analyzes historical weather, traffic, and vehicle metrics to suggest optimal routes.
- Real-Time Map Ledger: Engineered a high-performance web map canvas that displays millions of shipments smoothly without overloading client-side memory.
